We are excited this Shabbat to partner with Mizrachi and the Religious Zionists of America as we welcome Rabbi Ben Tzion and Rabbanit Tamara Spitz as our Scholars in Residence. Join us for the presentations on Friday night at 9 PM, Shabbat morning at 11:00 AM, pre mincha and during Seudah Shlishit. We are also thrilled to host a Sephardic minyan this Shabbat at 9 AM in the Faye and Ben Manger Beit Midrash in addition to the regular minyanim at 7,8 and 9 and a full array of youth programming. Next Shabbat, we are honored to welcome Rabbi Jeremiah Wohlberg who will speak on Shabbat morning on "Sixty years a Rabbi-The Evolution of the Jewish World 1961-2021"

Indoor Masking Update  In accordance with the policies of the City of Stamford, the following is now in effect at CAS:
  • Masks are optional in the CAS building, regardless of age or vaccination status.
  • While not required, we recommend those who are unvaccinated continue to wear a mask.
  • The first section of the Men's and Women's Balconies are reserved for Masks Only.

  3. Thursday is Lag B'Omer. Haircuts are permitted in the morning.

  • AGUDATH SHOLOM HONORED TO WELCOME THE MILLSTONE SCHOLARS PROGRAM NEXT FALL! The Millstone Scholars program is an in-person selective new educational and leadership initiative of the Tikvah Fund for public school and private school 7th and 8th grade students. A pilot cohort will launch next Fall at Agudath Sholom. Millstone Scholars is an Honors Program in which participants meet locally in their communities and participate in seminars with significant thinkers and leaders around topics such as Zionism and Israel, Jewish thought, and the nexus between those ideas and American democracy. The purpose of the program is to forge the next generation of American Jews who will step into High School and onto College campuses as young people confident in their identities and in the robustness of their heritage.
