They are the JLIC couple on campus at the University ofMaryland. On Friday night at 7:30PM, there will be an oneg for high school juniors and seniors at Elise and Steve Cohen's home, (5 Boxwood Dr) where Rabbi Kohl will speak about the challenges college students face Jewishly oncampus. Concurrently, there will bean oneg at the home of Gideon and Miriam Pell, (61 Holbrook Dr) for parents of high school juniors and seniors, and Rabbi Kohl and his wife will make anappearance there and speak about What Parents MUST Know About Jewish Life on Campus Before Sending their Kids to College. Our Vaad is excited to partner with Rabbi Avrohom Marmorstein of Mehadrin Kashrus, who has a sterling reputation in the world of kashrut and supervises other Fairway Markets in the tri-state area.   The kosher meat department will feature a mashgiach temidi (full-time kosher supervisor) who will also supervise the bakery. Fresh meat will be packed daily in the fresh glatt kosher meat department, and you can even place orders from in-store phones (203.388.9815).  The bakery will clearly distinguish what is parve and what is dairy.
