We will be hosting minyanim on Shabbat morning at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 am as well as youth groups.

Indoor Masking Update  In accordance with the policies of the City of Stamford, the following is now in effect at CAS:
  • Everyone, regardless of vaccination status, is required to wear a mask. Masks with filters are not acceptable.
  • During kiddushim, masks must be worn unless you are eating.
  • We will continue to have a separate dessert table for children. Children are not permitted to serve themselves from the food table.

Parents: Please be mindful not to serve children food or drinks in the Sanctuary during davening and to ensure they do not enter the shul unsupervised following davening. Thank you in advance.

New Monday Night Class with Mark Wagshul begins this week  Join Mark Wagshul every other Monday from 8 - 8:45 pm for "A Deep Dive into the Prophets: The Book of Samuel."We all know many of the stories about the prophet Samuel, King David and King Saul, especially the more well-known ones read on Shabbat morning. In this class, we will take a deep dive into the Book of Samuel for a re-introduction to these Biblical characters, the history upon which they stood, the less well-known stories which helped shape them, and hopefully a deeper understanding about this very interesting period of our Biblical history.

As COVID-19 continues to put a financial strain on families, Schoke Jewish Family Service understands that many households have limited funds to send their children to Jewish summer camp.
